The Fine Print

Do I need my professional license to start?

You'll need your current license, resale certificate, and proof of liability insurance to place professional orders. Handwritten or expired documents can't be accepted.

Are there order minimums?

One $450 opening order. After that, zero ongoing minimums — order what your book actually needs.

How do I place my professional orders?

Once you have access to your CLEARSTEM Professional account, you will be able to place all orders from there. This is a wholesale only site, so all products will be listed at your discount.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

If you are tax exempt and have a resale certificate there will not be tax charged on your order. If you do NOT have a resale certificate, tax will be charged based on the state tax in which you reside.

Do you offer payment terms?

We currently do not offer payment terms. Current payment is via credit card. However, we are offered on FAIRE and they offer payment terms. We will soon be adding KLARNA to our professional site so that terms are an option.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

We do our best to have your order to you in about a week’s time. Standard order processing time is 3-5 business days, however; our warehouse usually processes orders ASAP unless there are holidays, long weekends, etc. We select the fastest estimated shipping times/carriers, although we unfortunately have no control over carrier delays.

Do you offer replacements/returns?

We offer complimentary replacements for damaged products (up to three per account per month) with photo proof of damage.

Do you have sales representatives that can visit us in person?

We currently do not have sales representatives. Our Professional Manager works closely with accounts to assist with all of your account needs. We are working towards having more feet on the ground!
